Minimum liquid capital required is approximately $60,000, and it may be possible to receive assistance with financing.

 

Do You Offer Assistance with Financing?

 

While not directly, we have established relationships with preferred financing companies and are pending approval with the SBA. Our preferred financing partners may offer eligible candidates financing and leasing opportunities for all of the Float Rooms and all of the various other equipment necessary to start your East Coast Float Spa.

What Makes Someone an Ideal East Coast Float Spa Franchisee?

 

We are looking for franchisees with strong business acumen, preferably with management or ownership experience in retail services, sales, and/or the health & wellness industry. Exceptional communication and sales skills, along with a natural ability to develop those skills with the team members running their locations is critically important.

The ideal East Coast Float Spa franchisee is an overachiever, unwilling to settle for mediocrity, and dedicated to operating a high-performing, best-in-class Float Center. Will I Receive Training?

 

Absolutely! You will receive training at an East Coast Float Spa location (whenever possible), or receive remote training through our extremely robust intranet support and training consisting of videos, practice material, knowledge retention checks, scripts, checklists, and more.

We have everything clearly detailed in writing and on video to make the initial training simple and effective to minimize the learning curve, with the expansive knowledge base at your fingertips in the cloud for easy access whenever needed on an ongoing basis. Our team will help you feel as ready as possible to open and is available for ongoing support as well.

 

How Do I Find a Location and Construct My East Coast Float Spa Franchise?

 

Our team will assist you in determining your Spa location with our mission in mind. We will also provide consultation and other resources to help build your location into a reality, providing detailed architectural build-out plans.

 

How Many Locations Do You Have?

 

We have two corporate-owned locations in the greater Philadelphia area. Our flagship location opened in West Chester, PA in 2014, and our second location opened outside of Princeton, NJ in 2018. We began offering franchises in 2020.

 

How Much is the Franchise Fee?

 

The franchise fee for a single unit is $35,000, allowing early franchisees to take advantage of a very competitive fee relative to other franchising opportunities. Entrepreneurs interested in committing to scaling into multi-unit locations are ideal candidates and receive an additional generous discount.

 

How Much is the Royalty?

 

Early franchisees will be able to take advantage of a very competitive rate relative to other franchising opportunities with a royalty rate of only 6% of gross sales.
